Conhur offers totally engineered fixed-price solutions for dredging and pumping requirements. Conhur's range of dredging plant includes tracked submersibles, conventional auger fed cutter suction, along with pump mounted pontoons. Conhur has designed and built and operated a range of specialised dredges including several tracked submersibles.
Biosolids Management
Conhur offer complete bio-solids management including the construction of temporary drying pans. We own and operate purpose-built biosolids drying and handling plant and hold long term biosolids management contracts.
Biosolids Transport & Beneficial Reuse
With the ability to transport both liquid and dried biosolids, Conhur can meet all your waste transportation needs. Conhur often undertake biosolids transport activities in conjunction with dewatering projects. Conhur truck and trailer units have sealed tailgates and covers to prevent spillage.
Mechanical Dewatering
Conhur containerised mechanical dewatering plant ranges in capacity from 35m3/hr to 70m3/hr. Containerising the equipment, enables Conhur to work throughout Australasia with reduced mobilization and project setup costs.
Conhur's cost-effective dewatering methods produce a dry cake, that can be recycled, trucked, land-filled or incinerated. These machines enable Conhur to meet the most stringent customer demands in a cost effective manner.
Passive Geotextile Dewatering
Conhur has over 20 years experience in the use of getotextile bags for dewatering sludge and silt.
Conhur can supply a range of geotextile bags for dewatering sludge, silts and other dredged materials. Conhur provide a totally engineered geotextile dewatering solution.
Digester Cleaning
Conhur has developed specific pumping and recirculation plant for the emptying of digesters. Conhur has successfully carried out emptying and cleaning of digesters for large municipal clients in New Zealand and Australia.
We have a proven system of uplifting and removing the material contained in digesters including rag, fat, mat and grits. The plant is diesel powered and purpose built to deal with the sludge and contaminants found in digesters.
PE Welding
Conhur has a large selection of state of the art PE Welders, handling PE pipe up to 1500mm diameter. Conhur Welding Operators are experienced in the welding of large bore thick-walled HDPE pipes and are certified to recognised industry standards. Conhur operator welding 1m diameter PE pipeline.
Conhur has successfully constructed HDPE pipelines in New Zealand, up to 1500mm diameter. Clients include local authorities, industrial and irrigation enterprises.
Sludge Surveys
Conhur undertake sludge surveys for wastewater enterprises, along with large construction and industrial companies.
Conhur provides sludge surveys for both sludge lagoons and oxidation ponds. We utilize the latest technology to provide as accurate a result as possible.
Aerators & Diffusers
Conhur offers comprehensive services in the maintenance of aeration systems, including decommissioning with desludging and dewatering, refurbishment of aerators and diffusers, and commissioning of aerators and diffusers. These services complement Conhur's sludge dewatering operations and can be provided as part of an efficient project package. With a proven track record, Conhur has successfully completed projects involving the refurbishment and replacement of diffuser aeration systems.
Asset Management
Conhur has successfully undertaken asset management services for the Sydney Water Corporation, Melbourne Water Corporation, SA Water, Taswater, Unity Water and Watercare (NZ) as well as numerous other regional water authorities and commercial enterprises in New Zealand.
